This legendary group made their national debut on The Andy Williams Show fall of '62. They went on to win a Grammy & earn many gold records. Original Minstrels still include founder & leader Randy Sparks, along with Clarence Treat, Jackie Miller Davidson, Art Podell, and Dolan Ellis. Many NCM members have gone on to illustrious solo careers including Kenny Rogers, Kim Carnes & actress Karen Black plus Barry McGuire ("Eve of Destruction") and Larry Ramos (The Association). New Christy Minstrels faves include "This Land is Your Land", "Green, Green", "Saturday Night" & their classic "Today".
