IMPORTANT: MUST READ BEFORE ORDERING:

Ticket Orders

• All ticket sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.
• Processing Fee of $5.50 per ticket (ticket purchases only) applies and will automatically appear on your order at checkout.
• Seating preference is not guaranteed. Online orders will be given current, best available seats.
• Tickets for shows that will take place within 48 hours must be ordered by phone: 215-257-5808.
• You will get an email when your online order is received.
• Within 48 hours you will receive a final confirmation email.
• If show is sold out you will be notified, and not charged.
• All tickets are mailed, except tickets to shows less than 7 days away and international orders. These are held at the box office.
• Most shows go on, even in inclement weather. When in doubt, call the box office at 215-257-5808. Refunds cannot be issued if the show takes place and tickets are not used.
• If a show is cancelled due to weather we’ll notify you and make every effort to reschedule the performance.

Merchandise Orders

• Returns and exchanges for merchandise must be received no later than 30 calendar days from your shipping date to receive a refund.  All refunds and exchanges are in the form of a gift card, valid at both Sellersville Theater and The Washington House Restaurant.  Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.  You are responsible for any return postage and handling.
• Shipping fee of $4.00 per merchandise item (merchandise purchases only) will automatically appear on your order at checkout.
• You will get an email when your online order is received.
• Within 48 hours you will receive a final confirmation email.
• All merchandise items will ship within 4 business days.

By placing this order the purchaser agrees to the preceding terms.
