Three favorite ST94 acts went headtohead
for the headliner spot of our Free Show!

We've been celebrating our 10th Anniversary all year long and we will end the celebrations with the mother of all free shows!  The bands below are a few of our favorites.  Playing first is The Fleeting Ends, playing second is Scot Sax & Suzie Brown and playing third is Bigger Thomas.  Admission is free but we recommend you reserve a ticket in advance - it's going to be epic!

BIGGER THOMAS
Celebrating 25 years of ska in 2013, Bigger Thomas continues to keep crowds moving and grooving to their unique version of American ska that includes a heavy dose of 2-Tone ska, rocksteady and reggae.  The band reflects the cultural diversity of the city they call home with members who have roots in the New York City metropolitan area as well as Haiti, Jamaica and the UK.

THE FLEETING ENDS
The Fleeting Ends is a Philly based rock band with a knack for catchy and unique songwriting.  With influences spanning from the Cars to Blur, The Fleeting Ends exploit its roots while putting its own touch on the catalogue of music that they continue to build.  The Fleeting Ends are only beginning to make a name for themselves, having played SXSW, Folk Fest and NBC 10’s 10! Show.

SCOT SAX & SUZIE BROWN
Scot Sax formed the band Wanderlust and is a songwriter with a long history in music.  From touring with huge names (The Who, Robert Plant, Alison Krauss to name a few), writing award-winning songs (Like We Never Loved At All), and teaching songwriting courses, Scot has developed a rich artistry and worked in almost every aspect of the music industry.

If Suzie Brown had an anthem, it’d have to be the twangy “Heartstrings,” off her same-named debut.  This debut single delicately marked her transition from Harvard-educated cardiologist to singer-songwriter, now musing on matters of the heart.  She’s been named the Best Of Philly (by Philadelphia Magazine) and opened for such kindred spirits as Lyle Lovett.
