Eric Steckel & Joe Krown Trio feat. Walter Wolfman Washington & Russell Batiste

(Cabaret section for this show is no longer available.)     New Orleans styled piano and Hammond B-3 player Joe Krown is a JazzFest regular, a Big Easy Award Winner and he's played with Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown, among others.  An icon on the NOLA music scene for decades, Walter “Wolfman” Washington’s searing guitar work and soulful vocals have defined the Crescent City’s unique musical hybrid of RnB, funk and blues.  Russell Batiste Jr. was a member of one of New Orleans' legendary musical families, joining the Funky Meters in 1989 and he's also played with a wide variety of performers.

“Krown swings hard on the blues while seamlessly blending the church and the street.” - Blues Revue

"A killer collaboration between three of New Orleans greatest players!" - Jan Ramsey, offBEAT Magazine

Hailed by many as one of the next big things in the blues, Eric Steckel is a powerful player and a must see for fans of SRV, Jimi Hendrix and Joe Bonamassa.  John Mayall invited Eric to appear with The Bluesbreakers on tour and in session work.

Please Note: Cabaret section is Sold Out!
